Your proactive AI workspace
Chat with your context. Give recurring work to agents. Your files, apps and instructions, in one private workspace.
- Private by design
- Connected context
- Open-source models
The decision's in a Slack thread, the numbers are in a sheet, the deadline came up on a call. Fluso pulls it all into one workspace that remembers, in your own secure environment.
Give the recurring work an agent.
Give an agent a job, the files it needs, and access to the right apps. Keep its conversation going, refine the instructions, and add a routine when the work needs to happen again.
Included in every plan. Agent activity uses your plan’s weekly allowance.
Set it up once
Describe the job to the manager. Review the instructions, choose the files and connected apps, and set the tool permissions.
Keep the context
Return to the same agent to ask questions, add information and review its work. Its setup and sessions stay together.
Add a routine
Run a task once, hourly, daily, on weekdays or weekly. Choose a time and timezone, then come back to the conversation for the result.
Morning inbox
Sort new messages into what needs you, what is waiting and what can wait. Prepare reply drafts for your review.
Allow reading and draft creation; deny sending.
Meeting briefs
Bring together the calendar invite, recent emails and relevant Slack context. Summarise open commitments and questions for each external call.
Google Calendar · Gmail · Slack
Give the agent read access to the sources it needs.
Weekly reporting
Every Monday, 09:00
Read the latest numbers, highlight what changed and prepare a concise update with links back to the sources.
Google Sheets · connected files
Review the result in the agent conversation before sharing.
From scattered intent to finished work.
With Fluso, context switching is a thing of the past.
Tracks outstanding work
Reads across Gmail, Slack, Drive, and Calendar, including recent email context instead of only the latest message. Pulls out the actual commitments and stamps each one with an owner, a deadline, and where it came from.
Performs complex multi-step tasks
Breaks the work into steps: research, draft, check, revise. GLM 5.2 powers the deep work, and per-chat Fast mode keeps simpler turns quick.
Builds artifacts in formats you work with
Docs, sheets, slides, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDFs. Delivered files open in chat for Markdown, documents, and code; edits are handed back without losing your manual changes.
Plugs into tools you already use
Gmail, Outlook, Drive, Calendar, Slack, Teams, Notion, Linear. Connect, review per-tool permissions, upload to Drive from chat, and recover stalled OAuth from one place.
Flows through your communications
Replies, follow-ups, recaps. Drafted in your voice, polished before sending, and kept draft-first in Gmail until you approve.
Designed to automate knowledge work.
The repetitive thinking work, done. Research, drafting, reporting, outreach, across the tools you already use.
Build documents.
Sheets, decks, memos, contracts, briefs — drafted from your context, editable after delivery, exported without losing manual edits.
Automate communications.
Replies in your voice. Follow-ups queued. Gmail stays draft-first and asks before outbound email or messages. Across email, Slack, and your CRM.
Capture meetings.
Show up. Walk out with the recap, action items, and follow-up drafted.
Build automations.
Set a Friday board memo or a 9am pipeline brief once. Relative times resolve to your local timezone. Plain English. No code.
Organise projects.
A workspace that searches past threads, highlights matches, preserves attachments per chat, and shows what's blocking the next step.
Install skills.
100+ saved instructions, one click away. Connected tools keep encrypted credentials and can be reconnected cleanly.

Private by design. Transparent by default.
Open models, auditable boundaries, your deployment. Your data never trains anything.
Open-source intelligence.
Built on open-source models. Inspect every layer. Your data never enters training.
Deployable boundaries.
Choose your boundary: our secure cloud, your VPC, or fully air-gapped on premise. Same workspace, your rules.
EU data protection.
Hosted on Prem AI's confidential compute in the EU. GDPR-bound and sovereign by design.
Dedicated sandbox.
Every workspace runs in its own isolated environment. No shared tenants, no cross-leakage, no training on anyone else's corpus.
Recoverable workflows.
Auto-updates, offline recovery, provider hiccup recovery, and preserved in-progress answers keep long-running work from getting stranded.
No vendor lock-in.
Connectors are standards-based. Models are swappable. Your data lives in open formats you can take to any other system.
What everyone asks first.
The things people want to know before they download. If there's something we missed, we're around.

What is Fluso, exactly?
A proactive AI workspace that remembers your work: projects, decisions, the way you write. It produces real artifacts: drafted decks, populated sheets, briefing memos, saved straight into your projects.
How is it different from ChatGPT or Claude?
Fluso brings conversations, files and connected apps into the same workspace. Agents keep the instructions and sessions for a job together and can run it again on a routine.
Who is Fluso for?
Founders, lawyers, investors, marketers, researchers, doctors, consultants, sales execs, ops leaders. Anyone whose work is built from connected context. See the Professionals dropdown for role-specific pages.
What does Fluso desktop cost?
Fluso desktop offers Free at $0, Plus at $10/user/month, Pro at $30/user/month, and Enterprise with custom pricing. Prices are in USD. Eligible new subscribers can start a 30-day Pro trial with a payment card; it renews at $30/month unless canceled. Free requires no card. The Pricing page has the full breakdown.
How do Agents work?
Describe a job, review the instructions, and choose the files and apps the agent may use. Return to the same conversation to refine the work. Add a routine to run it once, hourly, daily, on weekdays or weekly. Agents are included in every plan and use your plan’s allowance.
How do connectors and permissions work?
Connect the apps you need and choose the tool permissions: allow, ask first or deny. For example, let an agent read Gmail and create drafts while keeping sending subject to your approval.
What happens if the app loses connection mid-task?
Recent desktop releases added background auto-updates, sync recovery, offline recovery, and provider-hiccup recovery. If your connection drops or the laptop sleeps mid-response, Fluso preserves the answer and continues when it can instead of leaving the task stranded on "Working".
What's the difference between Plus and Pro on Fluso desktop?
Plus includes 10× the weekly usage of Free. Pro includes unlimited token usage and confidential mode. Free and Plus usage resets weekly. All three plans share the core workspace features, and Agents are included in every plan. Fluso desktop plan changes are handled outside the mobile app; your workspace, projects, history and connectors carry across. No migration needed.
Where does my data live, and how is it protected?
In Europe. Every Fluso desktop tier (Free, Plus, Pro, Enterprise) runs on European datacentres, encrypted at rest and GDPR-aligned, and your data is never used to train shared models. On Pro and Enterprise, sensitive prompts and artifacts run inside confidential-computing enclaves: hardware-isolated execution where nobody (including us) can read the memory while inference is happening — the work goes in encrypted, runs encrypted, and comes out the other side.
What models does Fluso run on?
Only open-source and open-weight models, never proprietary APIs in the pipeline. You can audit the stack, mirror the weights where licensing allows, and on Enterprise deploy inside your own infrastructure.
What do I get with Enterprise?
Run Fluso inside your perimeter — VPC, on-premise, or fully air-gapped, with data anchored to the region you need. SSO and audit logs are included, SOC 2 Type II is in place, and ISO 27001 is in progress. The team builds custom skills and connectors for your CRM, data warehouse, internal tools, and operating style. Talk to our team for the current attestation report and a security review.
When do Windows and iOS ship?
The Windows app is live now — download it today. Native iOS is on the roadmap. Telegram remote access works from any phone today.
Are there discounts for non-profits or startups?
Yes. Special Fluso desktop arrangements are available for registered non-profits, early-stage startups (under €5M raised), and accredited education. Send us a quick note with your details and we'll get you set up.
